Schedule your photo shoot or get answers to your questions by either giving us a call, sending an email or clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button.
We'll discuss all the details, confirm the date and time, zero in on the location and prepare a Final Shoot Specification.
After we complete the shoot and process the digital images, you'll receive an email with instructions for downloading your digitally enhanced photos (usually withing 48 hours).
We use a simplified price model based on bracketing without hidden fees. Just choose the bracket that meets your needs ...
- we don't impose time limits for the shoot. We suggest allocating about an hour understanding the actual time is dependent on the number of people, poses and participants' engagement.
- we don't limit the number of edited pictures . . . . all deliverable images are provided.
- the session fee includes basic post production editing, downloadable digital images and a copyright release. You are not required to buy separately priced prints.
- if the predefined brackets do not meet your need, we'll make one that does!

Let's start with a quick call to get an overview of your requirements and determine if we have a fit.
For other than routine real estate photos, we normally schedule an onsite meeting for commercial shoots to get deeper into the details. That's not to say real estate assignments never need a deeper dive however. Let's do what we need to do to get it right.
Once we have our shoot specification nailed down we'll get to work and deliver the photography you need. Digitally enhanced photos are usually available for download within 48 hours following the shoot. For those 'need fast' real estate listings we can usually provide faster turn around.
Real estate listing sessions begin at $150 for the typical one bedroom beach condo. Fees for larger condos and single family houses may be more depending on the requirements.
Product and commercial photography engagements can be on a per/image rate but are generally priced on a project basis.
